How long before my scheduled appointment should I arrive?
If you are a new client you will need to allow about 5 minutes to fill out our simple paperwork. So arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment is ideal.
What types of cremes/oils do you use for massage?
We do not use oil for our massages. Rather we use small amounts of high quality massage creme to minimize any residuals on your skin. We realize you may have to go back to work so we don’t send you on your way feeling greasy at all. We often finish our massage with a wonderful scalp massage but if you just did your hair or have to get back to work just let us know and we will omit that part.
When coming for a Myokinesthetic (Pain Relief) Treatment what type of clothing should I wear?
If at all possible, wear loose fitting athletic clothing. Remember for these treatments clothes stay on but we will still need to lightly stretch and move your body around. Loose fitting clothing works best.
What is your cancellation policy?
Barring an emergency, we require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.
Are discounted (Deal of the Day) services performed any differently?
Absolutely not. All our clients whether they’ve been with us for years or coming in for the first time with a coupon or daily deal are treated with the exact same high level of service and care.
